I have learning difficulties and my mother fought hard to ensure that I would do the best that I could and that the doctors would not write me off as just another ADHD/LD and later bipolar case. How much harder it must be for you who raise a child with special needs--God bless you in you fight and God bless your little ones! I had to laugh at your comment about the example of the parent who becomes an expert in Williams Syndrome because, for some reason, I have always enjoyed reading medical books and WS is a syndrome that I find intriguing ! Of course, SNC are kids first and syndromes last but in my opinion, if we focused less on Self-Esteem and more on esteeming others, we would have a lot more kindness towards one another! Hola Cole! I was just at your casa tonight and you were being so good i wanted to snuggle but I was helping mom with shirts for your big day Sat. I hope you are getting excited because so many people care about you and are planning on walking or donating so that you can have the Best care there is. I know that I would give you the world if I could but I think mommy and daddy are doing a pretty good job. :) Love you Buddy!
